Ah, but non of that is bull****, how did people learn to do it in the first place? What about the clubs dedicated to pyros who regulary meet and show different ways of doing it? Practising everything safely makes a huge difference.

And to a certain extent, i am qualified, and have done most of the things i know of under qualified supervision.
it nt matter if you are good

look... you need a license!
there is no other way!

and to get a license you need the folowing....

1)a plce to store the explosives.....
in that place you need a proper safe (like in the moivies)
and it need to be in an icoleted area....

2)a SEPERATE place to store the detonators
also need a safe in icolated area....

3)you have to pruve that you are compitant.
and know what you are doing

4)most of all you need a reason for using them!...
you need to have a job... permision..and safety of where you are using them.

and guess what... that is just to buy ready made explosives!
to make them you need all of the above and alot more...

to make them you need
a secure unit for making them in...
about 100 seperate places to store each individual chemical in...
and govementery permission....
planning permission...
and most of all... you cant make them in small scale...
you have to buy **** loads (were houses) full of chemicals
or there is no point giving the manufacturer (spelling)
a license....

you see. there is no such thing as making bombs yourself in the garage!... you have to have all of the above to make them!

how do i know this??? well...
my dad used to work for the royal ordnance factory...
they tested all kinds of vombs there...
shells... mortors...everything apart from nukes
