POWERLYTE Scepter barrel system?

Right I've ordered a powerlyte kit from phoenix, should be with me by wednesday.
I'll post here when I've put a selection of paint though it/compared it to my other barrels.

Nice one - what length did you go for 12" or 14"

I went with the 14", I've got at least three different types of paint at home ranging from 6 month old blaze to 2 week old hellfire so it should make for a good test.

He has one (as has been said before)

Have any of you had a good look at your Freak set - Paul? how well are they machined?

A huge difference 'cos a Boomstick isn't made in a .689 bore

.686 marked on the barrel
.688 no markings on barrel
.690 marked on the barrel
.692 marked on the barrel

Ok Paul a cheap shot but as you like to get things accurate (no pun btw)

Glad to see Beaker saying what I have felt all along about the Freak, though personnally the Freak just doesn't do it for me, can't explain exactly why but just doesn't.....interesting to see no reply post's of owners of Feaks admitting they have less than perfect inserts.....plus when you see lots of people selling Freaks and stating they have the full set but have only used a couple of them.......mmmmm paid too much for something you didn't need??
